Grief Group sessions are most often done by Skype, Zoom or phone, and are organised for small groups of people who want to work with a Grief Coach while listening and talking with others who are also experiencing grief.
Being a part of a Grief Group is a great way to realise that you are not alone in how you think and feel.
A Grief Group can also be an avenue for your coach to help guide you through the roller coaster ride of emotions you might be experiencing, and any questions you may want answered.
