ONE ON ONE

One on one coaching sessions can be done from the comfort of your own home; via Skype, Zoom or phone, with either audio or video, whichever is more comfortable for you.

One on one sessions create a safe place where you can just "be yourself".

You can share and express whatever emotions, thoughts, pain or difficulties you are dealing with..

Know that you are really heard and understood, and that whatever you share is heard without judgement..

But more than that, be assured that your Coach will not only listen, but will also work with you to help you find ways to deal with whatever you are going through, or whatever you may come up against in the future.

 

You will learn how to take your next steps without fear or uncertainty, and move forward with hope.
